Update: 1.40pm 17/02/2011

volume of traffic backed up in the system and the volume
of customers trying to access at the same time.
If you had the address of
your webmail login page saved to your favourites, that
link may longer work. Set a new favourite by entering in
your browser your website address followed by /webmail
For example: http://www.yourwebsite.co.uk/webmail
Save the resulting login page
to your favourites.
Engineers continue to work on
this issue.

Update: 3pm 11/04/2011
Although there are no further
issues with IMAP/POP3, some users of Webmail4 may be
finding that performance is slower than normal. We would
like to re-assure those users that we are aware of this
ongoing issue.
As a result of the large
number of users accessing Webmail4, it is possible that
some users experience intermittent errors. Our engineers
are working to improve performance and so you may notice
intermittent errors whilst this work is being carried
out.
As a reminder, Webmail3 is
still available from the drop down menu on the login
page and we can confirm that Webmail3 is not
experiencing the same performance issues as Webmail4.
Please note that it may be
necessary to enter your login details twice when
accessing Webmail3.
Note - Your username is not your
email address. It is your website address without the
www. at the front.
We apologise for the
inconvenience this may cause.
